IN-HOME CARE

In-home care includes a wide range of services provided in the home, rather than in a hospital or care facility. It can allow a person with Alzheimer's or other dementia to stay in his or her own home with the great assistance of our caregivers. Services including bathing, dressing, toileting, eating, exercising or other personal care.

COMPANION CARE

Help with supervision, recreational activities or visiting. The care provider/caregiver will perform several non-medical services to older adults or people with disabilities with emotional and socialization support. Companion care allows your loved one the ability to age in a place without feeling lonely or unsafe.

LIVE IN CARE / 24 HOUR CARE

For seniors who need around-the-clock assistance from a caregiver .A care provider will live full-time in your loved one's home, and will be available to perform services throughout the day and night. You will work with the care provider to create an exact schedule when services will be performed. Assistance includes such tasks as medication management, shopping, and assistance with activities of daily living. 

MEMORY CARE

Alzheimer’s disease and dementia affect each person differently. That is why we work with you and your loved one to determine which services are most important for safety, mental health and physical well-being, providing the customized care that is necessary for the highest quality of life for your loved one with Alzheimer's.

The care providers we refer have special Alzheimer's and dementia training, and can assess your loved one's needs on a personal basis, adapting a daily routine to support your loved one in their home with creativity and flexibility.

SKILLED CARE

Post-Operative Care or Respite Care. Care providers can perform a range of services to help you or your loved one through the critical first weeks after surgery, allowing you or your loved one to get the rest needed to recover, while protecting privacy and dignity. Help with wound care, injections, physical therapy and other medical needs by a licensed health professional. Our home health care agency will coordinate which type of skilled care services will be needed, once we've had our initial examination with our expert registered nurse.
